Position: Dresser (Healthcare)

Responsibilities
- Assist doctors, nurses, and clinical staff during routine examinations and minor procedures.
- Support wound dressing activities, bandaging, and basic first-aid assistance as per instructions.
- Prepare and maintain dressing trays, basic instruments, and consumables as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dressing area and follow infection prevention practices.
- Help in patient movement and positioning when required, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintain basic records/logs as assigned by the department (e.g., dressing supplies usage).
- Follow hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and instructions from supervising staff.
Requirements
- Education: Matriculation (10th pass).
- Certification: C.M.D certificate from a government-recognized institution.
- Age: Minimum 18 years (age relaxation as per applicable government rules/regulations).
- Ability to work in a healthcare environment with professionalism, empathy, and attention to hygiene.
- Basic understanding of patient care practices and willingness to work in shifts/rotational duties as required by the facility.
