  • Guide candidates on common verification methods used for accessing information (e.g., registration/enrollment number, date of birth, captcha).
  • Maintain a structured knowledge base of important dates and candidate FAQs, ensuring alignment with official sources.
  • Handle high-volume queries via email/chat/phone with empathy, accuracy, and consistent turnaround times.
  • Escalate technical issues (portal access, payment confirmation, PDF download problems) to the appropriate internal/technical teams with clear reproduction steps.
  • Ensure compliance with communication standards and include appropriate disclaimers encouraging candidates to verify details on the official UPSC website.
  • Create and update candidate-facing content such as step-by-step instructions for checking results or downloading PDFs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Engineering background is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in candidate support, customer support, education services, or public exam advisory roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain procedural steps simply and accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to work with dates, eligibility rules, and structured information without errors.
  • Comfortable working with government/public sector exam portals, PDFs, and online payment guidance (debit/credit/net banking/wallets).
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive periods (admit card release windows, result announcements) with calm prioritization.
  • Proficiency in basic office tools (spreadsheets, documentation, ticketing systems).
  • High integrity and commitment to referencing official sources (e.g., UPSC website) for confirmations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting UPSC/SSC/railway/banking exam candidates.
  • Experience writing help-center articles or maintaining an FAQ/knowledge base.
  • Familiarity with common eligibility concepts (age limits, relaxations, degree requirements) and how to direct candidates to official notifications.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based increments.
  • Structured onboarding and training on exam workflows and support best practices.
  • Opportunities to develop expertise in public examination support operations and content.
  • Supportive team environment with clear escalation paths and process documentation.
  • Paid leave and holiday schedule as per company policy.
