Responsibilities

  • Legal Officer (Grade B): Provide legal advice, handle regulatory/legal documentation, support litigation matters, draft and vet contracts/agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and RBI policies.
  • Manager – Technical (Civil) (Grade B): Plan and oversee civil works, building projects, maintenance, quality and safety standards, vendor/contractor coordination, and technical audits/inspections.
  • Manager – Technical (Electrical) (Grade B): Manage electrical systems and infrastructure, oversee installation/maintenance of electrical equipment, ensure safety and statutory compliance, and coordinate technical operations with service providers.
  • Assistant Manager – Rajbhasha (Grade A): Support Hindi language implementation, translation and language services, documentation, and bilingual communication; ensure quality standards in official language usage.
  • Assistant Manager – Protocol & Security (Grade A): Manage security operations and staff, CCTV monitoring, premises security, fire safety and compliance, protocol duties, and administrative coordination for safe and secure operations.

Requirements

  • Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 50% marks (or 45% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a UGC and Bar Council-recognized institution.
    • Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
    • Minimum 2 years experience after enrollment.
    • Age: 21 to 32 years.
  • Manager (Technical – Civil) in Grade ‘B’:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 60% marks (or 55% for SC/ST, if applicable).
    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience after graduation.
    • Age: 21 to 35 years.
  • Manager (Technical – Electrical) in Grade ‘B’:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks (or 55% for SC/ST, if applicable).
    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience after graduation.
    • Age: 21 to 35 years.
  • Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade ‘A’:
    • Second Class Master’s degree in Hindi/English/related fields with Hindi and English studied at bachelor’s level; PG diploma in translation if required (as per eligibility norms).
    • Knowledge of bilingual word processing.
    • Age: 21 to 30 years.
  • Assistant Manager (Protocol and Security) in Grade ‘A’:
    • Minimum 10 years of commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force (5 years for PwBD, as applicable).
    • Valid Ex-Serviceman ID card.
    • Age: 25 to 40 years (as per notified date range).
