- Assist with troubleshooting common issues: login failures, enrollment/registration number retrieval, date-of-birth validation, broken links, PDF access problems, and browser/device compatibility.
- Maintain an internal knowledge base covering important dates, eligibility (bachelor’s degree requirement), exam stages, and frequently asked questions.
- Escalate technical or policy issues to the appropriate team with clear documentation, screenshots, and replication steps.
- Ensure all guidance is compliant and references official sources; avoid speculation and clearly distinguish between official information and user guidance.
- Support content QA by verifying that posted updates (dates, links, and instructions) match official notices.

- Ability to handle high-volume queries during peak periods (admit card and result days).
- Basic understanding of competitive exam workflows (Prelims, Mains, interview/document verification).
- Professional integrity: ability to communicate disclaimers and direct candidates to official websites when required.
