Position: SSC CHSL (10+2) Recruitment Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented, candidate-first Recruitment Support Specialist to help users navigate the SSC CHSL (10+2) examination lifecycle—applications, fee payment guidance, correction windows, admit cards, exam city details, answer keys/response sheets, and result updates. This role focuses on publishing accurate updates, creating clear step-by-step instructions, and providing timely support aligned with official SSC communications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor official SSC updates (regional portals and main site) for CHSL notices, exam dates, admit cards, answer keys, and result announcements.
- Create and maintain clear candidate guidance for key actions such as login, downloading answer keys/response sheets, and retrieving forgotten registration details.
- Prepare structured content for recruitment pages, including important dates, fee details, eligibility criteria (LDC/PA/SA and DEO), and selection process (Tier-I and Tier-II).
- Validate and cross-check information (dates, fees, links, instructions) against official SSC sources before publishing.
- Coordinate with internal editorial/ops teams to ensure updates go live quickly and accurately.
- Respond to candidate queries via support channels (email/chat/community) with professional, policy-compliant guidance.
- Maintain a repository of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring events (application start/close, correction windows, answer key release).
- Ensure content is accessible, easy to scan, and formatted for web publishing (tables, lists, and concise instructions).
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with date-driven, compliance-sensitive information.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate official notices into user-friendly instructions.
- Comfortable working with web content management workflows and structured content (headings, lists, link hygiene).
- Ability to verify information using official sources and document citations/links clearly.
- Basic understanding of SSC exam processes (e.g., CHSL Tier-I/Tier-II, admit cards, answer keys, response sheets).
- Ability to handle time-sensitive updates and manage multiple tasks during peak release windows.
- Preferred: Prior experience in education/exam support, government recruitment content, or customer support operations.
