Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Support planning and implementation of rural development and agricultural finance initiatives.
- Assist in appraisal, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and programs related to rural infrastructure, livelihoods, and institutional development.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and preparation of reports, notes, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with banks, government departments, NGOs, and other agencies for program execution and compliance.

- Handle stream-specific responsibilities:
- RDBS: Development finance operations, project appraisal, rural credit initiatives, monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements
