Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical instruction in the assigned engineering/technical/science discipline as per the polytechnic curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, lab manuals, and instructional content aligned with institutional and regulatory standards.
Conduct laboratory sessions, demonstrations, tutorials, and academic mentoring for students.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, practical evaluations, and examinations; maintain accurate academic records.
Support academic administration activities such as invigilation, evaluation, documentation, and departmental coordination.
Participate in academic committees, institutional development initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, lab protocols, and institutional rules during practical sessions.

Requirements

Educational qualification: B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch / M.Sc in the relevant field (discipline-wise requirements apply).
Age limit (as on 01 July 2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 40 years
- Age relaxation: As per UPPSC rules and regulations.
Ability to teach effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Comfort with academic documentation, evaluation processes, and institutional procedures.
