Position Overview
As an Agriculture Supervisor, you will support the implementation of agriculture-related programs and field-level supervision activities. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, assisting in outreach, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines, and supporting documentation and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support agriculture-related field activities as per departmental plans and guidelines.
- Assist in implementation of agriculture development schemes and awareness initiatives.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and support data collection related to field operations.
- Coordinate with farmers, local bodies, and relevant departments for effective program execution.
- Support inspection, monitoring, and verification activities as required.
- Ensure adherence to applicable rules, processes, and instructions issued by RSSB/department.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Sc. (Agriculture-Horticulture) from a recognized university; OR
- Senior Secondary (10+2) with Agriculture under 10+2 Scheme or Old Scheme from a recognized board/institution.
- Language & Local Knowledge: Working knowledge of written Hindi in Devnagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture.
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026): Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per RSSB rules).
