Responsibilities

Class-IV (Contingency Paid):

  • Perform routine office support and facility-related duties as assigned.
  • Assist with movement of files/documents and general administrative errands.
  • Support cleanliness, upkeep, and basic maintenance coordination within assigned areas.
  • Provide assistance during court/office operations as per departmental instructions.

Class-IV (Liftman):

  • Operate lifts safely and efficiently as per standard procedures.
  • Conduct basic checks and report faults/maintenance needs to the concerned authority.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and capacity guidelines.

Class-IV (Driver):

  • Drive official vehicles as assigned and ensure safe, punctual transport.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep; report service/repair requirements.
  • Carry and safeguard official documents/materials during transit when required.
  • Comply with traffic rules and departmental instructions.

Requirements

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025):

  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 35 years
  • Age relaxation as per MPHC rules.

Educational Eligibility (post-wise):

  • Class-IV (Contingency Paid): Must have passed at least Class 8 and should not have passed beyond Class 12 from a recognized board.
  • Class-IV (Liftman): Must have passed Class 10 and should not have passed beyond Class 12 from a recognized board.
  • Class-IV (Driver): Must have passed at least Class 10 and should not have passed beyond Class 12; must possess a valid driving license and experience driving all types of vehicles.
