Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures/tutorials/lab sessions as per the approved curriculum.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to meet learning objectives.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, continuous assessment, and timely feedback.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, projects, and career pathways.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional activities.

Requirements
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in the applicable subject/discipline from a recognized university (as per institutional/regulatory norms).
- Eligibility as per applicable higher education regulations (e.g., NET/SET/Ph.D. requirements where mandated).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a student-centric teaching approach.
- Ability to design assessments, evaluate fairly, and maintain academic integrity.
- Basic proficiency with academic technologies (LMS, digital content tools, online teaching platforms) is preferred.
- Prior teaching/research experience is desirable but not mandatory for all entry-level appointments (subject to norms).
