Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch operations under supervision, including basic service requests and customer facilitation.
- Assist in documentation and verification activities as per standard banking procedures and compliance norms.
- Help with front-desk coordination and customer query resolution while maintaining service quality.
- Learn and follow internal controls, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory guidelines applicable to banking operations.
- Coordinate with branch staff for operational tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Participate in training/learning modules and demonstrate progress in assigned apprenticeship outcomes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university/institute.
- Age: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 01 February 2025 (relaxations as applicable).
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn banking systems and processes.
- Must be able to clear the prescribed selection stages: online exam, language proficiency test, document verification, and medical examination.
