Responsibilities
- Undergo selection processes as per Indian Army procedures, including shortlisting and medical examination.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, integrity, and conduct expected of Indian Army officers.
- Demonstrate physical fitness and readiness to meet prescribed standards.
- Represent the NCC ethos and apply leadership skills developed through NCC training in a professional military environment.
Requirements
- Education (NCC “C” Certificate Holders): Bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university in India (or equivalent).
- NCC Experience: Minimum 2 years of NCC certificate/experience as specified in the notification; NCC “C” certificate required for NCC category.
- Wards of Battle Casualties: Bachelor’s degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university in India (or equivalent).
- Age Limit: Minimum 19 years and maximum 25 years as on 01 January 2025 (age relaxation as per Indian Army rules, where applicable).
- Physical Standards (indicative):
- Height (Men): 157.5 cm
- Height (Women): 152 cm
- Running: 2.4 km in 15 minutes
- Ability to clear the medical examination as per Indian Army standards.
