Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to assigned sections/departments.
  • Draft, format, and manage office correspondence, notes, and records.
  • Maintain files, registers, and documentation as per office procedures.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases/spreadsheets as required.
  • Handle basic office coordination, scheduling, and communication support.
  • Support document verification and record-keeping activities when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in administrative work.

Requirements

  • Education: 10+2 (XII) or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Typing Proficiency: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
  • Basic computer skills for office productivity tasks (typing, document handling, data entry).
  • Ability to work in an office environment with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
