Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training assignments aligned with your discipline under the guidance of MDL supervisors/mentors.
- Support departmental teams in day-to-day technical/operational activities (design, maintenance, production support, documentation, quality, etc., as applicable).
- Assist in preparing reports, logs, drawings, calculations, or documentation related to training tasks.
- Follow workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures while working in shop-floor/office environments.
- Attend scheduled reviews, assessments, or interviews as part of the apprenticeship program.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18 years (as on 01 March 2025)
- Maximum Age: 27 years (as on 01 March 2025)
- Age Relaxation: As per MDL rules and regulations.
- Graduate Apprentice Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline.
- Diploma Apprentice Eligibility: Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline.
- Qualification Timing: Candidates must have completed the final qualifying semester of the degree/diploma in the specified branches (recognized by AICTE/Government of India) on or after 01 April 2020.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work collaboratively in a structured training environment.
