Responsibilities
- Conduct scientific and applied research in areas related to road engineering and transportation systems.
- Plan and execute experiments, field studies, and laboratory investigations relevant to infrastructure development.
- Analyze research data, prepare technical reports, and contribute to publications and knowledge dissemination.
- Support development of innovative solutions for roadway design, pavement materials, structural performance, and environmental considerations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners on research projects and consultancy assignments.
- Assist in proposal development, project documentation, and presentation of research outcomes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/BE) in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree (M.Tech/MS) in a related specialization.
- Desirable: Ph.D. for senior/research-focused responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on technical challenges.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly through reports, presentations, and collaborative discussions.
Selection Process (Overview)

- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be assessed through a personal interview.
