Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Support inventory counting, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Prepare and manage store-related documentation, including registers, issue slips, and requisition records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Assist in ensuring proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of items in the store.
- Perform data entry and typing tasks related to store operations and administrative work.
- Support compliance with applicable government rules, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Education: Must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board.
- UPSSSC PET: UPSSSC PET 2023 Score Card is required.
- Typing Speed: 25 WPM in Hindi or 30 WPM in English.
- Age Limit (as on 01 July 2024): 18 to 40 years (age relaxation as per UPSSSC rules).
- Basic proficiency in record-keeping, data entry, and office procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately with numbers, documents, and inventory registers.
