We are hiring an Admit Card & Exam Support Coordinator to assist candidates appearing for the RPSC Sub Inspector (Telecom) examination. This role focuses on providing accurate, timely guidance on admit card access, exam-date readiness, document verification, and issue resolution—ensuring candidates can confidently complete pre-exam formalities.
This is a candidate-facing position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow official instructions and portals precisely.
Responsibilities
- Guide candidates on how to locate and download the RPSC SI (Telecom) admit card from the official portal using accepted credentials (e.g., registration/application details and date of birth).
- Provide step-by-step troubleshooting support for common issues such as login failures, missing records, slow portal response, or incorrect personal details displayed on the admit card.
- Explain exam-day requirements, including reporting time, exam center instructions, and essential documents to carry (as per official instructions).
- Assist candidates in understanding official notices and updates related to admit card release, exam schedule, and instructions.
- Escalate discrepancies (name, photo, signature, category, exam center) to the appropriate official helpdesk/recruitment cell and track resolution status.
- Maintain a structured log of candidate queries, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve support quality.
- Ensure all guidance remains aligned with official RPSC notifications and avoids unverified information.
- Support internal content updates for FAQs and help articles related to RPSC SI (Telecom) admit card and exam readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred); relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, admissions/exam support, government exam guidance, or helpdesk operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and patiently.
- Comfortable navigating government/education portals and handling high-volume query periods around admit card and exam dates.
- High attention to detail to identify discrepancies in candidate data and ensure accurate guidance.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, ticketing tools, or CRM systems for tracking queries.
- Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions, especially during peak admit-card release windows.
- Integrity and compliance mindset—must adhere strictly to official sources and privacy practices.
