Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Railway RPF Constable (PET/PMT) – Admit Card & Physical Test Support Coordinator to assist candidates through the end-to-end process of accessing PET/PMT admit cards, verifying candidate details, and preparing for physical test day requirements. This role focuses on candidate guidance, documentation checks, portal navigation support, and clear communication of official instructions and timelines.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills, experience supporting online application portals, and the ability to communicate step-by-step instructions with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Guide candidates on how to locate, download, and print PET/PMT admit cards from official recruitment portals.
- Provide clear instructions on login methods (e.g., registration/enrollment details, date of birth, and verification steps) while maintaining data privacy best practices.
- Help candidates understand reporting instructions, test-day requirements, and common do’s/don’ts (e.g., printed admit card requirements, identity proof expectations).
- Assist with basic troubleshooting for portal access issues (e.g., incorrect credentials, captcha errors, browser compatibility, PDF download/print issues).
- Support verification of candidate details visible on admit cards (name, category, photograph, exam/physical test center details) and advise escalation steps when discrepancies are found.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate queries, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve support documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep guidance content aligned with official notices and updates.
- Ensure all communications remain compliant with official instructions and avoid unofficial promises or changes to allotted dates/centers.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred; strong administrative aptitude is essential.
- 1–3 years of experience in candidate support, helpdesk operations, recruitment support, or examination/assessment coordination (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of online portals, document downloads, PDF handling, and printing workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain procedures step-by-step in a calm, professional manner.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when referencing dates, links, and instructions.
- Ability to handle sensitive personal information responsibly and follow privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak periods (admit card releases and test windows).
- Basic troubleshooting skills across common browsers and mobile/desktop devices.
