This role supports legal functions within the Government framework, including legal drafting, case support, statutory compliance assistance, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents such as notices, replies, affidavits, contracts, and official correspondence.
Support handling of litigation and legal proceedings by coordinating documentation, facts, and case records.
Conduct legal research on statutes, rules, regulations, and judicial precedents relevant to departmental matters.
Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, government policies, and procedural requirements.
Liaise with internal departments, government offices, and legal representatives for timely updates and submissions.
Maintain organized records of legal files, case status reports, and documentation for audit/administrative review.
Provide general legal assistance to seniors/authorized officers as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university in India.
Language & Cultural Knowledge: Working knowledge of Hindi and good understanding of Rajasthani culture.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026): 21 to 40 years (age relaxation as per RPSC rules).
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a structured government environment.
Professional integrity, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
