Role Overview

As an Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced banking professionals and support day-to-day branch activities. The role includes customer interaction, assisting with documentation and service requests, and learning compliance-focused banking practices. This is an apprenticeship engagement and not a permanent employment role.

Key Responsibilities

Assist branch teams in routine banking operations and customer service activities.
Support account-related services, form handling, and basic documentation checks as per process guidelines.
Help manage customer queries and provide information on banking products and services under supervision.
Maintain accurate records and support data entry/verification tasks as assigned.
Follow bank policies, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards.
Participate in training sessions and complete assigned learning modules during the apprenticeship period.
Coordinate with branch staff for day-to-day workflow and operational tasks.

Requirements

Education: Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
Language: Knowledge of the local language is required.
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025): Minimum 20 years; Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules/regulations).
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking systems/processes.
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
Attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to work in a regulated environment.
