Role Overview

As an Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced banking professionals and support day-to-day branch activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist branch teams in routine banking operations and customer service activities.

  • Maintain accurate records and support data entry/verification tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Language: Knowledge of the local language is required.
  • Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025): Minimum 20 years; Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules/regulations).
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking systems/processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to work in a regulated environment.
