Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and supervision of engineering works and projects as assigned by the department.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, estimates, and reports in line with applicable standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Assist in quality assurance, inspections, and compliance checks for engineering activities.
- Maintain accurate records, measurements, and progress updates for ongoing works.
- Follow departmental procedures, safety practices, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Perform other engineering and administrative duties as assigned, consistent with the role and discipline.
Requirements
- Education: BE / B.Tech Engineering Degree in the relevant stream/branch.
- Age Limit (as on 01 July 2024): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per UPPSC rules).
- Eligibility: Must meet all UPPSC eligibility criteria as per the official notification for the Combined State Engineering Services Examination.
- Skills: Strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, documentation skills, and the ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
- Exam Readiness: Ability to prepare for and qualify through the prescribed selection stages (Prelims, Mains, Interview).
