Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day customer-facing banking and payments services as per IPPB processes and service standards.
- Assist with customer onboarding and basic account/service facilitation in compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Promote IPPB products and services and contribute to customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for service requests, issue resolution, and customer support follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation required for operational and compliance purposes.
- Participate in document verification and interview processes as part of the selection and onboarding workflow.
- Adhere to internal policies, data privacy practices, and regulatory requirements while handling customer information.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate Degree in any discipline (Regular or Distance Learning) from a university/institution/board recognized by the Government of India or approved by a government regulatory body.
- Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025): Minimum 20 years; Maximum 35 years (age relaxation as per IPPB rules/regulations).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and online processes (applications, portals, and digital payments workflows).
- Ability to follow defined procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work with attention to detail.
