Responsibilities

- Follow organizational policies, statutory compliance requirements, and reporting protocols.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and professionalism in all assigned tasks.
- For technical roles: comply with electrical safety norms, use PPE where required, and support preventive/route maintenance activities.
- For store roles: support audits, stock verification, and material handling best practices.
- For customer care roles: resolve consumer queries, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain courteous communication.
Requirements
- Educational qualification and eligibility must match the criteria specified in the official BSPHCL notification for the relevant post.
- Ability to produce valid documents during DV (as applicable): identity proof, educational certificates, category/EWS certificates, domicile, experience (if required), and other documents specified by BSPHCL.
