Position: Airforce Agniveer Vayu (Musician) – Intake 01/2026

Responsibilities
- Perform as part of an official music ensemble/band during ceremonial, official, and public events.
- Demonstrate proficiency on one or more musical instruments and/or vocals as required for ensemble performance.
- Participate in rehearsals, practice sessions, and performance preparations as scheduled.
- Maintain performance discipline, turnout, and readiness in line with organizational standards.
- Care for, handle, and maintain musical instruments and related equipment responsibly.
- Coordinate with band leaders and team members to deliver synchronized and high-quality performances.
- Support additional duties as assigned, consistent with the role and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Proven musical ability with practical proficiency in relevant instruments and/or vocals.
- Ability to read and interpret music (notation) is preferred; performance-based competence is essential.
- Strong discipline, teamwork, and the ability to perform under structured schedules.
- Physical and medical fitness to meet role requirements (as assessed during the selection process).
- Willingness to travel and perform at multiple locations as required.
- Successful completion of selection stages such as written/skill assessment (as applicable), document verification, and medical examination.
