Position: Superintendent (Recruitment/Administrative)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Superintendent to support administrative and operational functions within an education-focused environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth execution of assigned institutional processes.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, registers, files, and digital records in line with organizational and compliance requirements.
  • Draft, review, and process official correspondence, notes, reports, and related administrative documents.
  • Support planning and execution of tasks involving scheduling, logistics, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Assist with verification of documents and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Handle queries from internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying gaps and recommending operational enhancements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an educational institution.
  • Strong working knowledge of office administration practices, documentation, and record management.
  • Proficiency in common office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with online portals/systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

  • Experience supporting examination, recruitment, or academic administration processes.
