Position: Superintendent (Recruitment/Administrative)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Superintendent to support administrative and operational functions within an education-focused environment. This role is suited for candidates with strong coordination skills, experience handling institutional processes, and the ability to manage documentation and stakeholder communication with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth execution of assigned institutional processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support recruitment, examination, records, and general office administration workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation, registers, files, and digital records in line with organizational and compliance requirements.
- Draft, review, and process official correspondence, notes, reports, and related administrative documents.
- Support planning and execution of tasks involving scheduling, logistics, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Assist with verification of documents and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Handle queries from internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying gaps and recommending operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an educational institution.
- Strong working knowledge of office administration practices, documentation, and record management.
- Proficiency in common office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with online portals/systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
