We are seeking dedicated, student-focused Primary School Teachers to support foundational learning outcomes and create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. This role includes teaching core primary curriculum and, for Science posts, delivering age-appropriate science instruction aligned with state guidelines and learning standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver structured lessons for primary grades using age-appropriate pedagogy and activity-based learning.
  • Create a positive classroom culture that supports discipline, curiosity, and student well-being.
  • Assess student learning through classwork, assignments, and periodic evaluations; maintain accurate academic records.
  • Provide individualized support to students with varied learning needs, including inclusive practices for children with disabilities where applicable.
  • Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues on lesson planning, academic interventions, and co-curricular activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding progress, attendance, and developmental needs.
  • Maintain compliance with school policies, child protection standards, and government education guidelines.
  • For Science (Post Codes 5–10): teach foundational science concepts through demonstrations, experiments (as feasible), and inquiry-based methods.

Requirements

  • Eligibility (as per recruitment norms): Must have qualified MP TET (2020 or 2024).
  • Primary School Teacher (Post Codes 1–4):
    • 12th with 50% marks + 2-year D.El.Ed. (or Special Education), OR
    • 12th with 45% + D.El.Ed. (as per NCTE 2002), OR
    • 12th with 50% + 4-year B.El.Ed., OR
    • Graduation + 2-year D.El.Ed.
    • Reserved categories may receive 5% relaxation in qualifying marks as applicable.
  • Primary School Teacher – Science (Post Codes 5–10):
    • 12th (Science stream) with at least 50% marks, AND
    • 2-year Diploma in Elementary/Special Education OR 4-year B.El.Ed. with relevant subject alignment.
    • SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates may receive 5% relaxation in qualifying marks as applicable.
  • All qualifications must be from recognized institutions; candidate must be able to produce valid certificates/documents for verification.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi; English as required by school context) and basic digital literacy for record-keeping.
