Overview: CCIL is seeking motivated agriculture graduates to support cotton procurement, quality coordination, market operations, and commercial execution across its operational network. Responsibilities
- Support cotton procurement operations, including farmer/vendor coordination and purchase documentation.
- Assist in market intelligence gathering (prices, arrivals, trends) and prepare periodic reports for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with quality/cotton testing teams to ensure adherence to prescribed quality parameters and process controls.
- Maintain accurate records for procurement, storage, movement, and related commercial activities.
- Assist with inventory tracking, dispatch planning, and liaison with warehouses and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits, reconciliations, and documentation readiness for verification processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve turnaround time, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Agriculture with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH as applicable).
- Age: 18 to 30 years (age relaxations as per applicable rules/policy).
- Basic understanding of agricultural markets, commodities, and procurement processes is preferred.
- Comfort with documentation, data entry, and standard office tools (spreadsheets, email, portals).
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with farmers, market participants, and internal teams.
- Willingness to work in field/market environments and travel as per operational needs.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to follow compliance-driven processes.
