We are seeking qualified and motivated Junior Instructors to support technical and vocational training delivery across assigned institutes. This role focuses on classroom and practical instruction, learner assessment, lab/workshop management, and ensuring training outcomes aligned with prescribed curriculum and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver theory and practical sessions as per the approved syllabus and training schedule.
Plan lessons, prepare teaching aids, and conduct demonstrations in labs/workshops.
Assess learners through tests, practical evaluations, assignments, and attendance tracking.
Maintain training records, assessment sheets, and other required documentation.
Ensure safe operation of tools, equipment, and workshop practices; enforce safety protocols.
Support student mentoring, discipline, and career guidance within the training environment.
Coordinate with institute administration for timetables, inventory, and facility readiness.
Assist in inspections/audits and comply with applicable departmental rules and guidelines.

Requirements

Age: 21 to 40 years (as per applicable rules; relaxations as per RSMSSB norms).
Eligibility: Candidates should meet the qualification and trade/discipline criteria specified in the official RSMSSB Junior Instructor recruitment notification.
Ability to teach and demonstrate practical skills effectively in a structured training environment.
Working knowledge of safety practices, workshop/lab discipline, and documentation.
