Role Overview
As a Probationary Officer, you will undergo a defined probation/training period and work across functional areas such as credit risk assessment, policy servicing, claims, recoveries, customer support, compliance, and operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-centric service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating proposals and conducting credit/risk assessments for export credit insurance products.
- Support policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and servicing activities with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Contribute to claims processing, documentation review, and coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Participate in monitoring, reporting, and operational control processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Engage with exporters, banks, and other stakeholders to address queries and provide product/process guidance.
- Maintain records, prepare MIS reports, and support audits/inspections as required.
- Collaborate on process improvements, digitization initiatives, and service quality enhancements.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors based on business needs and training objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution (or equivalent qualification as per official notification).

- Skills:
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and customer orientation.
