Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including record maintenance, data entry, and file management.
- Assist in passenger service operations (where applicable), including ticketing and customer query handling.
- Perform office coordination tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining registers, and handling routine correspondence.
- For typist roles: execute accurate typing tasks in English/Hindi as per prescribed speed standards.
- Support compliance with departmental procedures, documentation standards, and operational guidelines.
- Participate in verification and audit-related documentation activities as required.
Requirements
- Education: 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board in India.
- Marks: General/OBC/EWS candidates require 50% marks; SC/ST/PH candidates require pass only (as per notification).
- Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01 January 2026 (relaxation as per RRB norms).
- Typing Skill (for Accounts Clerk Cum Typist / Junior Clerk Cum Typist): English 30 WPM or Hindi 25 WPM.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with attention to detail and integrity in handling official records.
