Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to ECGC products and services (including export credit insurance and trade-related risk solutions).
- Assist in processing applications, documentation review, and internal coordination for customer requests.
- Contribute to customer service and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards.
- Participate in training and on-the-job learning during the probation period, with exposure to multiple functional areas.
- Prepare reports, track case statuses, and support audit or review requirements as assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation (Degree) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Age Limit (as on 01 November 2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per ECGC/government norms.
- Ability to perform well in an online examination and interview-based selection process.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a professional approach to customer/stakeholder interactions.
- Comfort with digital tools and online systems used for application processing and internal workflows.
