Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, rules, regulations, and judicial precedents (Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals).
- Prepare research notes, case summaries, comparative analyses, and issue briefs for matters listed before the Court.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading judicial documents, including memos, notes, and related legal drafts as assigned.
- Identify relevant citations, confirm accuracy of authorities, and ensure proper referencing and formatting.
- Support case preparation by organizing materials, preparing chronologies, and analyzing pleadings and evidence (as applicable).
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive judicial information with the highest integrity.

Requirements
- Law graduate (LL.B.) from a recognized university/institution.
- Strong legal research skills with the ability to interpret statutes and case law accurately.
- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage where relevant).
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases (e.g., SCC Online, Manupatra, Indian Kanoon) and standard office software.
