Responsibilities

  • Preside over civil court proceedings and ensure orderly conduct of hearings.
  • Interpret and apply relevant statutes, rules, and precedents to adjudicate disputes.

  • Manage case flow effectively, including scheduling, interim applications, and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – 3-year or 5-year course.

    • Maximum: 40 years
    • Age relaxation as per Rajasthan High Court Civil Judge Recruitment Rules.
  • Strong understanding of substantive and procedural law (civil and allied laws).
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and decision-writing skills.
