Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor radio communication equipment in accordance with operational protocols and chain-of-command instructions.

  • Perform routine checks, logging, and reporting for communication equipment and network readiness.

Requirements

Educational / Technical Eligibility

  • Head Constable (RO): 10th (or equivalent) with 2-year ITI in Radio & Television, Electronics, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Data Preparation, or related trade; or 12th (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Head Constable (RM): 10th (or equivalent) with 2-year ITI in Radio & Television, General Electronics, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, or related trade; or 12th (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Age Limit (as per recruitment cycle reference)

  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum (General): 25 years
  • Maximum (OBC): 28 years
  • Maximum (SC/ST): 30 years
