Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by post and assignment. Typical duties may include:

  • Typing and document processing work in English/Hindi as required (for typist posts).

  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • 10+2 (Intermediate) from any recognized board in India.
  • Minimum Marks: General/OBC/EWS: 50%; SC/ST/PH: Pass only (as per notification).

Typing Skill (where applicable)

  • For typist posts: English 30 WPM OR Hindi 25 WPM (as applicable to the post).

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years
  • Age relaxation will be applicable as per RRB rules and government norms.

Selection Process

Selection is expected to be conducted through the following stages (as per notification):

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT-1)
  2. Computer Based Test (CBT-2)
  3. Skill Test / Typing Test / Aptitude Test (post-wise, where applicable)
  4. Document Verification
  5. Medical Examination

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹500
  • SC / ST / EBC: ₹250
  • All Category Female: ₹250

Fee Refund (after appearing in Stage I exam):

  • General / OBC: ₹400 refunded
  • Other candidates: ₹250 refunded
