Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by post and department. Typical duties may include:

  • Performing role-specific operational, technical, laboratory, teaching, or field functions as per departmental requirements.
  • Maintaining records, documentation, and compliance with applicable government standards and procedures.
  • Supporting service delivery in public institutions (e.g., schools, hospitals, labs, correctional facilities) depending on the post.
  • Coordinating with supervisors and cross-functional teams for smooth execution of assigned tasks.

Requirements (Post-wise Eligibility Highlights)

  • Malaria Inspector: Class 10 with Science + Diploma in Sanitary Inspector/Malaria Inspector Course + 3 years relevant experience.
  • Ayurvedic Pharmacist: Class 10 (Matric) + Trained Ayurvedic Compounder + 2 years experience.
  • PGT Engineering Graphics (Male/Female): BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • PGT English (Male/Female): Master’s in English (min 50%) + B.Ed (or integrated course such as BA B.Ed/B.Sc B.Ed/B.Ed-M.Ed).
  • PGT Sanskrit (Male/Female): Master’s in Sanskrit (min 50%) + B.Ed (or integrated course).
  • PGT Horticulture (Male): Master’s in Horticulture (min 50%) + B.Ed (or integrated course).
  • PGT Agriculture (Male): Master’s in Agriculture (min 50%) + B.Ed (or integrated course).
  • Domestic Science Teacher: Bachelor’s in Domestic Science/Home Science + B.Ed with Domestic Science/Home Science as a teaching subject.
  • Assistant (Operation Theatre): Class 10 or 10+2 with Science + Operation Room Assistant Course.
  • Technician (Operation Theatre): Class 10 or 10+2 with Science + Operation Room Assistant Course + 5 years relevant experience.
  • Pharmacist (Ayurveda): Class 10 (Matric) + training in Upvaid or Bheshja Kalpak Course.
  • Warder (Male Only): 10+2 (Intermediate) + physical standards: Height 170 cm; Chest 81–85 cm; 1600 m race in 6 minutes.
  • Laboratory Technician: Bachelor’s in Science with Chemistry + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Senior Scientific Assistant (Chemistry): Master’s in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Biochemistry OR Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Science (Chemistry, Botany, Zoology).
  • Senior Scientific Assistant (Microbiology): Master’s in Microbiology/Pharmacy/Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology.
