Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end general insurance operations, including underwriting support, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing.
  • Assist in claims processing and coordination, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze risk and documentation to support sound underwriting and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, branch offices, and external stakeholders to meet service-level commitments.
  • Prepare reports, MIS dashboards, and operational documentation as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support digital/operational transformation projects.
  • For Hindi Officer: Provide translation and language support (Hindi/English) for official documents, communications, and publications; ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency with official terminology.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification (Generalist): Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream from a recognized university with at least 60% marks (at least 55% for SC/ST).
  • Educational Qualification (Hindi Officer): Master’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi/English/other subject combinations as per role eligibility, with at least 60% marks (at least 55% for SC/ST), and required Hindi/English subject/medium conditions at degree level.
  • Age: 21 to 30 years (age relaxation as per applicable recruitment rules).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with structured processes and documentation.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with computers, online systems, and standard office productivity tools.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work under timelines in a regulated environment.
