Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate degree preferred; candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered.
- 1+ year experience in admissions, education administration, customer support, or documentation/verification roles (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain procedures and requirements clearly.
- High attention to detail for document checking and data entry accuracy.
- Comfort with online forms/portals, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and basic reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional, empathetic approach when supporting applicants from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of academic documentation and verification processes is a plus.
