Position Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented Bank Sub Staff (All Zones) – Result & Marks Support Associate to support large-scale recruitment and examination operations. This role focuses on assisting with result/marks publication workflows, candidate communications, document handling, and coordination across multiple zones. The position is well-suited for candidates who are comfortable working with structured processes, deadlines, and high-volume data accuracy.
This opportunity is aligned with recruitment ecosystems commonly seen in public-sector and banking hiring cycles, including activities such as application support, exam-related updates, result/marks reconciliation, and facilitation of next-stage processes like document verification and medical examination coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end support for recruitment/exam lifecycle activities, including result and marks-related workflows.
- Coordinate compilation, verification, and formatting of result/marks data as per defined templates and SOPs.
- Support publication readiness by validating candidate identifiers (e.g., registration/roll details) and ensuring data consistency.
- Respond to candidate queries related to results, marks, cutoffs, and next steps using approved communication scripts.
- Maintain and update trackers for application status, fee/payment confirmations, exam stage progress, and final submission checkpoints.
- Support documentation processes (e.g., document verification schedules, checklist preparation, file indexing, and record retention).
- Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for admit card, exam city, and result hosting activities as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling candidate information and recruitment records.
- Assist with preparation of notices/FAQs and operational updates for portals and helpdesks.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Recruitment Operations Lead.
Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th pass (Intermediate) from a recognized board/institution.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets (marks lists, candidate rosters, zone-wise summaries).
- Basic computer proficiency: MS Office/Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, email).
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accuracy under time-bound conditions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Hindi/English preferred, role-dependent).
- Professional integrity and ability to handle sensitive candidate data with confidentiality.
- Willingness to work in shifts/extended hours during peak recruitment milestones (result release, DV windows, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment operations, examination cell support, helpdesk, data entry/verification, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with online application portals, fee payment reconciliation, and publishing notices/updates.
- Experience coordinating across multiple locations/zones.
