Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and publish accurate, timely, and user-friendly updates related to the Allahabad High Court HJS (Higher Judicial Service) Answer Key. The role focuses on end-to-end content operations: monitoring official releases, validating data points (dates, links, notices), preparing structured summaries, maintaining compliance-focused language, and ensuring high-quality HTML publishing standards for web platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Track official updates from relevant authorities (e.g., Allahabad High Court portals and authenticated notices) for HJS examinations, including answer keys, objections, and result-related notices.
  • Verify critical information such as release dates, exam timelines, eligibility references (where applicable), and official URLs before publishing.
  • Create clear, structured answer-key pages including: key highlights, important dates, how-to-check steps, and direct official link references.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and completeness across web pages, including internal linking and related updates.
  • Draft and maintain user guidance sections (e.g., how to download answer key, how to submit objections, troubleshooting common issues).
  • Format and publish content in valid HTML (headings, paragraphs, lists, tables where needed) ensuring accessibility and readability.
  • Coordinate with editorial/SEO teams to implement metadata, tags, and URL-friendly aliases while keeping content factual and compliant.
  • Maintain an audit trail of updates (what changed, when, and source references) for internal quality control.
  • Monitor user feedback and site analytics to improve clarity, reduce confusion, and enhance page usefulness.
  • Support related exam-information workflows (admit cards, exam city details, notices, and answer-key updates) as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Journalism, Law, Public Administration, or related fields preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in content operations, editorial publishing, education/government exam updates, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-verify information from official sources.
  • Excellent written English and/or Hindi communication skills with the ability to produce concise, accurate summaries.
  • Working knowledge of HTML content formatting (paragraphs, lists, headings, links). Experience with CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling time-sensitive updates and meeting strict publishing timelines.
  • Basic understanding of competitive exams/recruitment processes (answer key, objection window, final key, results) preferred.
  • High integrity and commitment to publishing only verified information with proper source attribution.
