Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training within refinery/technical operations as per the apprenticeship curriculum.
- Assist technical teams in routine operational activities, maintenance support, and process monitoring under supervision.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality guidelines applicable to refinery operations.
- Maintain training logs, records, and documentation as required by the program.
- Support housekeeping, compliance, and safe work practices in assigned areas.
- Collaborate with mentors/supervisors and complete assigned learning modules and assessments.
Requirements
- Education:
- Degree in a related trade/discipline from a recognized university/college; or
- ITI / Diploma in a related trade/discipline from a recognized institute.
- Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 31 May 2025 (age relaxation applicable as per IOCL Refineries Division recruitment rules).
- Ability to work in an industrial environment and follow strict safety and compliance standards.
- Basic technical aptitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
