Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office operations in insurance-related functions such as policy servicing, customer assistance, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Assist in maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and updating data as required by assigned departments.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Learn and follow organizational processes, compliance requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in training/learning activities and complete assigned modules or tasks during the apprenticeship period.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university/college.
- Age: Minimum 21 years and maximum 28 years as on 01 January 2025 (age relaxation as per UIICL apprenticeship rules).
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain accuracy in documentation, and work collaboratively in an office environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn enterprise tools and processes (preferred).
