We are seeking a detail-oriented Non TSP Specialist to support large-scale recruitment and examination operations, with a focus on Non TSP (Non-Tribal Sub Plan) processes, category-wise vacancy management, candidate communication, admit card workflows, and coordination with stakeholders for smooth end-to-end delivery. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in handling government/PSU-style recruitment cycles, compliance-driven documentation, and time-bound exam logistics.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Non TSP-related recruitment activities, including category/segment mapping, vacancy tracking, and roster alignment.
- Support end-to-end examination operations: scheduling, candidate data validation, and admit card publishing workflows.
- Maintain and verify candidate records (registration details, date of birth, gender, verification codes, fee status) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in drafting and publishing notices/updates (admit card notices, exam date notices, postponement notices) in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor timelines for application windows, re-open periods, fee payment cutoffs, and exam/admit card release dates; escalate risks proactively.
- Handle candidate queries and create standardized responses for FAQs related to admit cards, exam dates, eligibility, and official website navigation.
- Support document verification planning and coordination for shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards on applications received, category-wise distribution, and process milestones.
- Ensure adherence to applicable recruitment rules, age relaxation policies, and selection process stages (Pre, Mains, Interview, Document Verification).
- Collaborate with IT/vendor partners for portal functionality, payment integration (UPI/cards/net banking), and secure data handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required).
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment operations, examination administration, public-sector hiring support, or compliance-heavy process roles.
- Strong understanding of category-based recruitment frameworks (e.g., General/EWS/BC/EBC/SC/ST) and Non TSP segmentation concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking large datasets and generating reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume candidate data without errors.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting notices, instructions, and candidate-facing updates.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple parallel timelines (applications, fee payment, admit card release, exam dates).
- Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, communications, leadership) and external stakeholders.
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality when handling personal data and recruitment materials.
Benefits
- Structured work environment with clear processes and measurable outcomes.
- Opportunity to work on large-scale recruitment and examination programs with significant public impact.
- Professional development in compliance, operations management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.
- Paid leave and standard benefits as per company policy.
