Responsibilities
- Deliver subject-specific lectures and facilitate learning as per the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with institutional and state education guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, practicals (where applicable), and examinations.
- Support academic mentoring, classroom discipline, and student development initiatives.
- Participate in departmental activities, academic meetings, and other duties assigned by the institution/department.
- Maintain academic records and comply with institutional policies and government regulations.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Educational Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from a university established by law in India.
- B.Ed. is mandatory: Candidates must have B.Ed. or L.T. Diploma from a government-recognized training institution/college, or a postgraduate degree in Education from a university established by law in India (B.Ed. mandatory).

- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 42 years
