Role Overview

As an Apprentice, you will work under supervision across day-to-day branch and banking operations. You will support customer-facing activities, assist with documentation and verification processes, learn compliance and service standards, and develop practical skills aligned with banking workflows. This is a learning-oriented engagement intended to build job-ready capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support branch teams in daily operations, customer servicing, and basic banking processes.
  • Assist in handling customer queries and guiding customers on banking services and required documentation.
  • Help maintain accurate records, forms, and documentation as per internal procedures.
  • Participate in process learning related to account services, transactions, and service requests.
  • Follow compliance, confidentiality, and service-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with staff for document verification and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the local language as required for customer interaction.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
  • Language: Knowledge of the local language is required.
  • Age Limit: 20 to 28 years (as per recruitment rules).
  • Age Criteria (DOB Range): Born between 02 December 1997 and 01 December 2005 (as per provided notice details).
