Responsibilities
- Maintain and process official files, notes, drafts, and correspondence in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist in day-to-day section administration, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and office notes for review by senior officers.
- Support record management, indexing, and retrieval of documents (physical and/or digital).
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules, guidelines, and departmental SOPs.
- Coordinate with other sections/departments to facilitate timely decision-making and communication.
- Assist in data compilation, verification, and documentation during audits, inspections, or reviews.
- Support document verification and other administrative processes as required.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university/institute.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Working knowledge of standard office practices and documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, email) is preferred.
