We are seeking an AIIMS MBBS Entrance Result Content Specialist to manage, verify, and publish high-accuracy exam result and recruitment updates for competitive exams and government recruitment portals. This role focuses on transforming official notices (results, score cards, answer keys, admit cards, important dates, eligibility, fees, and links) into clear, structured, user-friendly web content while maintaining strict accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor official sources and portals for updates related to AIIMS MBBS entrance results and similar exam/recruitment announcements.
- Extract, validate, and structure key information such as important dates, application timelines, exam dates, result declarations, score card availability, and notices.
- Create and maintain detailed result pages, including sections like Short Information, Important Dates, Application Fee, Age Limit, Vacancy Details, Educational Qualification, Mode of Selection, and How to Download Result where applicable.
- Publish and update Important Links (result PDFs, score cards, notices, official websites) with correct labeling and working URLs.
- Ensure content is consistent, readable, and optimized for search intent (e.g., “AIIMS MBBS Entrance Result”) without compromising factual accuracy.
- Perform quality checks to prevent errors in dates, post names, advertisement numbers, eligibility details, and fee structures.
- Coordinate with editors, SEO team, and developers to implement content templates and improve user navigation.
- Maintain version control and update logs when results are revised, re-issued, or supplemented with additional notices.
- Handle high-traffic update cycles with fast turnaround while maintaining editorial standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content writing/editing for education, exam results, government recruitment, or public information portals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-verify information from official notifications and websites.
- Comfortable working with structured data (tables for dates/fees/vacancies) and converting it into clean HTML.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (titles, headings, internal linking, keyword intent) for result-related queries.
- Ability to write clear step-by-step instructions (e.g., how to download results using registration number, DOB, etc.).
- Basic familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress or similar) and formatting content using HTML.
- Excellent written English; ability to maintain a professional and neutral tone.
- Ability to manage multiple updates and meet strict deadlines during result seasons.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government recruitment/exam content such as admit cards, answer keys, score cards, and final results.
- Familiarity with common Indian exam and recruitment bodies (AIIMS, BTSC, SSC, UPSC, RRB, state commissions, etc.).
- Comfort with data QA workflows, link checking, and content audit tools.
