Position: Junior Instructor (Government Exam & Recruitment Support)
We are hiring a Junior Instructor to support learners preparing for competitive government recruitment processes and to help deliver structured guidance across the exam lifecycle—applications, admit cards, exam schedules, answer keys, results, and selection stages. This role is ideal for someone who can translate official notifications into clear learning plans, explain exam patterns, and coach candidates on preparation strategies and compliance with recruitment rules.
This position involves working with content and workflows similar to large-scale recruitment boards and exams (e.g., multi-stage selection processes with prelims, mains, interviews, document verification, and medical examination). You will help candidates interpret eligibility criteria (age limits, educational qualifications), important dates, fee structures, and post-wise vacancy information, while also delivering high-quality instructional support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction and guidance for competitive exam preparation aligned with official notifications and syllabi.
- Break down recruitment updates into learner-friendly summaries (important dates, eligibility, application steps, admit card and result processes).
- Support candidates in understanding multi-stage selection processes (e.g., prelims, mains, interview, document verification, medical examination).
- Create and review practice materials, mock tests, and revision plans; provide feedback on performance and improvement areas.
- Explain answer keys and result/scorecard interpretation; guide candidates on next steps after results are released.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance when referencing official sources; ensure learners are directed to official websites/portals for verification.
- Coordinate with internal teams to update course content when new notifications, answer keys, or results are published.
- Assist in learner support queries regarding registration details, login steps, and common troubleshooting (without handling sensitive credentials).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or Postgraduate qualification preferred (especially in education, public administration, agriculture, science, or related domains depending on teaching focus).
- Prior experience in teaching, coaching, training, or academic support (online or offline) is preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret official recruitment notifications and present them clearly and accurately.
- Comfortable explaining exam patterns, eligibility criteria (age limits, category relaxations), fee structures, and timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create structured notes and learning plans.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (LMS, spreadsheets, document editing, online meeting platforms).
- High attention to detail and commitment to using verified information from official sources.
- Professional ethics and learner-first mindset.
Benefits
- Competitive salary with performance-based growth opportunities.
- Structured onboarding and access to teaching resources and internal content standards.
- Opportunities to work on high-impact programs supporting large candidate communities.
- Flexible work options (role-dependent: remote/hybrid) and collaborative team environment.
- Professional development support (training on pedagogy, content design, and exam analytics).
