Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day banking operations under the guidance of assigned supervisors/mentors.
- Assist in customer service activities, including basic queries and service requests, as per branch requirements.
- Help in documentation, data entry, record management, and process adherence in line with bank policies.
- Participate in learning assignments, on-the-job training modules, and any local language proficiency checks as applicable.
- Follow compliance, confidentiality, and operational guidelines during the apprenticeship period.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university/institute.
- Age Limit (as on 01 September 2025):
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 28 years
- Age Relaxation: As per Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment rules.
- Ability to meet document verification requirements and other eligibility conditions as per the official notification.
