Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end secretarial and administrative support to assigned officers/sections.
- Take dictation in English shorthand at high speed and transcribe accurately within required timelines.
- Perform high-speed English typing with strong accuracy and formatting standards.
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, notes, minutes, and official documents.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize files/records, ensure proper document control, and support retrieval for official work.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and comply with applicable court/office protocols.
- Assist in preparing documentation for hearings/meetings and support workflow coordination as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
- Shorthand: Must have passed English Shorthand Examination with speed of 120 w.p.m. or above (Government Commercial Certificate Examination/Industrial Training Institute or equivalent as applicable).
- Typing: Must have passed English Typing Examination with speed of 50 w.p.m. or above (Government Commercial Certificate Examination conducted by Maharashtra State Bureau of Examination / GCC-TBC by MSCE / ITI or equivalent as applicable).
- Age Limit (as on 18 August 2025): Minimum 21 years; Maximum 38 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules).
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and professional drafting.
- High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under deadlines.
